If you have a size or fitting issue you can exchange the product within 5 days of delivery. For all exchanges and replacement please email us at support@shadycanvas.com along with your complete order details and issues. We will pick the product from your doorstep and ship you the required order once we receive the shipment. There will be no extra shipping charge levied by us. We can help you in exchanging the original order with a new one of the same value.

We will accept Replacement and Exchanges of an Item only if the following conditions are met:

  • You can request for a replacement for your order within 5 days after an order has been delivered.
  • It is the first time you are returning the order for size/design/colour change, we don't exchange/replace twice.
  • The tags and labels on the item should be intact;
  • The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition; andThe Product is returned along with the original packaging.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.

Replacement Exclusions (Custom T-Shirts):

  • Any Custom T-Shirt Will Not be Replaced becuase of size/color issue (please ensure you check the size chart and select the right color before placing the customization order)

If we do not have a reverse pick up facility at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us, we will give you Rs 100 Discount off in your next purchase to compensate any shipping charges that you may incur.

 Cancellation of orders:

  • You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id to support@shadycanvas.com from your registered email address.
  • Once shipped & theorder is cancelled  the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount

Refunds:

  • We do refunds only in a genuine case of delivery of defective products and if we are unable to send you new ones 
  • In the event of delivery of defective products, you have to send an email to our customer support executives at support@shadycanavs.com along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product within 5 days of delivery
  • In Case of Non Delivery of order beyond 12 Days you can request full refund. This will not be applicable to logistics issues beyond our control..i.e strike,lockdown etc.
  • Refunds will be processed once the product is picked up/shipped to us.
  •  All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment. It will Take 2-5 Days for the same to reflect in your banck account.
